Why choose DigitalVue?

We have been renting and building booths since 2011 long before many others.

Who do you ship booths through?

Megapix photo booths are shipped via freight. All other photo booths are shipped via FEDEX.

Do you ship International?

Yes! Buyer covers any and all brokerage and/or Customs fees

How long will it take to receive my order?

We typically ship within 24-48 hours, depending on how many orders are ahead of you. Please send us an email prior to ordering for the most accurate shipping date/time.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, check and wire transfer.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. Please visit the Financing page on our site for details.

Do you offer Layaway?

Absolutely! We require 30% down and split the remaining balance in up to 3 additional payments.

What software is included?

Darkroom Booth 3 is our preferred software as it very easy to use and has many tutorial videos available.  Their technical support is pretty awesome too!

What is the warranty on your booths?

Workmanship is covered for 1 year after receiving your photo booth. User caused damage defined as any use beyond normal event use including but not limited to dropping or scratching of parts, modification or customization of parts, etc. is not covered by the warranty.

Prior to shipping any warranty items to DLUX, client must first obtain an RMA number from DLUX.

Lenovo M700 – 3-year, Onsite

Canon DSLR Camera – 9 month warranty Replacement: DLUX will ship a used Canon Camera to the client and cover ground shipping costs. The client is responsible for returning the camera to DLUX and cover any return shipping costs for the damaged Camera. DLUX will help complete Canon RMA forms.

Logitech Keyboard – 1 year warranty. DLUX will cover replacement and shipping of replacement. Client must cover shipping costs of original damaged keyboard to DLUX.

Mimo Monitor – 2 year manufacturer warranty.

Replacement parts shipped from DLUX are sent to the client via standard 3-5 day FEDEX Ground shipping. Client is responsible for any expedited shipping costs of any warranty replacement product.
